  • 45 min-Basic Introduction session for breath-work with lecture & conversations.
  • Available with a collaborator in your hometown.

OPTION 2

Want to signup for the 90 min workshop?
  • 90 min - Breathing techniques for different times of the day. Am, noon and pm.  Includes pranayama and energetic transference along with breath-work. 
  • Conversations based on your questions

OPTION 3

Want to signup for a half day workshop?
  • Three to 4 hours / Half day intensive retreat where you can take back tools to handle stress, sleep better and find a better balance in life. 
  • This involves yoga asanas, breath-work, prana, energetic transference and conversations.
